A NOTE ABOUT PROPER ATTIRE...
Please note that dress codes are required for all of our adult dance and fitness classes. Certain clothing allows our teachers to better see if you're in correct placement and to help guide and adjust as needed to avoid injuries. Additionally, ballet shoes are designed to allow your foot to easily glide across the floor, as well as to provide grip for other types of movement — this is important for traditional ballet class so you can go through the correct motions with ease, making it more fun, beneficial to the workout, and safe! Please contact us if you have questions about our adult fitness classes or what to wear.
